Can I Go to Cosmetology School Part-Time?

Yes! We offer flexibility for each phase of our hair school program. You can choose to take cosmetology classes full-time for ten weeks, or part-time for 19 weeks for each of our four phases. The training program is broken down by skill to make each topic easier to absorb and understand:

  1. Launch Phase
  2. Fresh Talents Phase
  3. Salon Life Phase
  4. Thrive Phase

Both the full-time and part-time programs require the same number of clock hours (1,500), but the full-time program takes place over 40 to 46 weeks. The part-time program stretches 75 to 83 weeks. If you’re pursuing a full-time program, except to attend classes Monday through Friday for the first 20 weeks, and Tuesday through Saturday for the remainder of your cosmetology education. Part-time students attend exclusively Monday through Thursday.
